Parish Community Review - Survey

As part of our parish community review we are asking:

“ How are we as the Church, and as individuals, involved in the Droitwich community?”

We hope that you will be willing to answer some questions about yourself and your family. Any information you give us will be kept confidential within the Parish. You do not need to give your name but if you are willing to share this information it would be helpful to us because we may like to talk to you more about your involvement.

Your answers will be confidential and only used to help us to build up a picture of our involvement in the Droitwich community and to help us to think about the future. We hope that you will be willing to give us your name and email address or phone number so that we can perhaps contact you again as our project develops.
