Thank you Jean & Eleanor

Thank you: Jean Westwood has stepped down as verger at St Andrew’s and at the 11am service last Wednesday we expressed our thanks and appreciation for Jean’s hard work over a number of years. We wish her well in her retirement from this role and thank her warmly for welcoming so many people to the church and for all her practical help.

Thank you: Eleanor Ackrill retired as verger at St Peter’s at the end of August after more than 20 years service. We shall be saying thank you to her on Sunday 12th October at the 9.30am service, and also over special refreshments afterwards. You are warmly invited to join this special occasion.
