Helping You and Your Child grow in Faith and Fellowship within the Church
Children are members of the Christian community in their own right and in the Droitwich parish we take their needs, and those of their families, seriously.
So if you come to a church service or to an activity we want to welcome you warmly. Some occasions are obviously more geared to small children than others, but all our churches have a soft area and quiet toys, and there are also toilet facilities in in each building. Please feel free to bring with you anything (such as a favourite book or quiet toy, or
a drink) which will help your child feel settled.
We follow the Safeguarding Children policy of the Worcester diocese in all our activities.
The activities below are for children of all ages and their families. There is something here for everyone and we are always pleased to talk further about any of your questions. Whether or not your child has been baptised, or whether you are considering it, here are just some of the ways in which we can help you and your family feel at home in the church community, share in worship, make Christian friends and learn more about God. We warmly invite you to join in with them, or to contact us to find out more.
SUNDAY CLUB
Learning and worship and for tots to teens within the setting of morning worship. We begin together in church and then join separate groups of adults and children to explore God’s word. Parents are very welcome to join their children initially to help them settle into their activity, or to stay in church with other adults.

HOLY COMMUNION for all ages
Worship for children and adults together centred around the sacrament of Holy Communion. This informal service encourages everyone to worship
together around God’s table and to learn from one another. Children who attend regularly and who are baptised can explore being admitted to Holy Communion after the age of 7. Adults might wish to explore being confirmed as church members.
When and where? 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays of each month, all year 9.30am to 10.30am, St Peter’s Church, signed from The Holloway. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
